The Project Manager is responsible for the planning, coordination, and execution of vinyl graphics installations for our fleet clients. This role will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, installation teams, and vendors, ensuring smooth communication, efficient scheduling, and successful project outcomes. Ideal candidates will have 1-3 years of project management experience and a passion for delivering exceptional client service.

  • Manage installation projects from kickoff through completion.
  • Develop timelines, allocate resources, and manage budgets.
  • Review installation quality and ensure successful project delivery.
  • Maintain project documentation, POs, invoices, and ERP records.
  • Identify risks and implement solutions to keep projects on track.
