Location: Houston, TX - Hybrid, as needed for team meetings
Engagement: Full-time position
We are seeking a Senior Project Manager with strong experience leading Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) on-premise implementation projects. This role requires a highly skilled communicator who can manage complex stakeholder environments, navigate organizational politics, and keep business users engaged and aligned throughout the project lifecycle.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing the full lifecycle of Oracle EBS module implementations, from planning and requirements gathering through deployment, user adoption, and post-go-live support.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead Oracle EBS on-premise module implementation projects from initiation through completion.
  • Manage project scope, timelines, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder expectations.
  • Partner closely with business users, IT teams, leadership, and board-level stakeholders.
  • Ensure users remain informed, engaged, and supported throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders.
  • Identify and resolve project risks, conflicts, and organizational challenges.
  • Support change management, user adoption, and post-implementation stabilization.

Requirements
Required Qualifications:
  • Strong experience managing Oracle EBS on-premise projects.
