Summary
The Implementation Project Manager is responsible for owning the pre-production process, tools, documentation, communication, and hand-offs for all assigned events. The Implementation Project Manager will have involvement in the majority of Event Technology events. This fast-paced and challenging role requires successfully managing competing priorities and timelines while juggling multiple events simultaneously. This role is responsible for the planning of General Sessions, Meeting Rooms, Show Management Areas, and General Exhibits.
This position will support our Audio Visual and Event Technology team. The position follows an in-person schedule working full-time in-office and/or show-site based out of Las Vegas, NV.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
  • Pre-Production Customer Collaboration
  • Pre-Production Growth Team Collaboration
  • Identifying Customer Needs as it relates to budgeted equipment and services
  • Collaboration with the Project Design Team to communicate customer expectations
  • Producing the event to budget
  • Creating and managing event pre-production workflow and communication through project management applications
  • Collaboration with the Event Tech Logistics and Warehouse team on timelines and schedules
  • Collaborate with the Digital Services Lead and Streaming Lead (if needed) team to ensure a transparent, collaborative, and supportive integration with virtual offerings
  • Making initial contacts and arrangements with facilities regarding the upcoming event
  • Collaborating with the labor teams for the appropriate staffing of the event
  • CAD work and drawing version control throughout the design and planning phases
  • Facilitate and lead the handoff to the team executing the event onsite
  • Lead all pre-production, production, and pre-con meetings on assigned events
  • Lead post event internal debrief
  • Responsible for driving the process if an alternate project owner is assigned to their events
  • On site check ins of their assigned events
  • Other duties as assigned

Education & Experience
  • Bachelor's degree preferred, High School Diploma or Equivalent with relevant work experience required
  • Trained in customer service
  • (1) one or more years in managing projects
  • (5) five or more years' experience in show production
  • Proficient 2D & 3D Vectorworks skills

Travel Requirements
Travel up to 25%
