This role will initially focus on coordinating Workday implementation workstreams and will evolve into broader operations, strategy, and acquisition-related project management as organizational priorities develop.
The ideal candidate is a confident project coordinator and communicator who can manage detailed timelines, multiple concurrent workstreams, cross-functional stakeholders, vendor relationships, and changing priorities. This position is well suited for someone who enjoys bringing structure to complex initiatives and translating project details into clear, actionable updates for leadership and team members.
Workday Implementation and Project Coordination

  • Coordinate cross-functional meetings, document decisions, and drive follow-through with workstream leads, internal stakeholders, and vendor partners.
  • Develop and maintain project status reporting, risk and issue logs, decision trackers, and readiness updates for leadership and steering committee review.

  • Maintain project documentation, including charters, meeting notes, process flows, decisions, and lessons learned.
  • Organize project infrastructure, including shared trackers, meeting documentation, collaboration tools, and team resources.

Operations, Strategy, and Acquisition Support
  • Partner with senior leadership and the broader strategy team to plan and execute operations-focused projects across LHMSH facilities.
  • Support due diligence, integration planning, and onboarding activities related to new facility or business-line acquisitions.
  • Coordinate cross-functional initiatives involving Information Technology, Operations, Finance, Human Resources, and other departments.
  • Build project plans, timelines, status reports, and communication plans for strategic and operational initiatives beyond the Workday project.
  • Serve as a continuity point between the ERP Systems team and the broader Operations and Strategy organization, helping carry forward project processes and lessons learned.
  • Coach, teach, and mentor team members as appropriate.
  • Promote the LHMSH culture of being "Friendly, Positive, and Focused on Excellence."
  • Protect the legal, financial, and moral well-being of Larry H. Miller Senior Health.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements
  • Five or more years of project management experience, ideally supporting cross-functional teams, enterprise resource planning systems, or operational initiatives.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams with competing priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong organizational, written, and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate technical details into clear updates for varied audiences.
  • Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools such as Smartsheet, Microsoft Project, Asana, or similar platforms, along with Microsoft Office and Excel.
  • Experience building and maintaining project plans, risk and issue logs, action-item trackers, and status reporting.
  • Ability to work effectively with corporate teams and facility-level stakeholders across a multi-site organization.
  • Comfort working independently in a fast-paced, evolving environment with a high degree of accountability.
  • Flexibility to transition from a system implementation focus to broader operations and strategy responsibilities as the role evolves.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience supporting a Workday or other large-scale ERP implementation, particularly in HCM, Payroll, or Financials.
  • Background in healthcare, senior living, post-acute care, or another multi-facility or multi-entity operating environment.
  • PMP, CAPM, or equivalent project management certification.
  • Experience coordinating testing cycles for enterprise system implementations.
  • Exposure to mergers, acquisitions, or facility integration and onboarding activities.
