Job description

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce's client in Springfield, MA is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead large-scale ERP and enterprise system implementation.
Summary:
This role is ideal for a proven project leader who has successfully managed multiple full lifecycle ERP implementations from planning through deployment and stabilization. Candidates with deep ERP implementation experience will be prioritized over general IT Project Management backgrounds. This position is in Springfield MA, and requires the selected candidate to be onsite 5 days a week for the first 90 days. Following the first 90 days, this position will be onsite 3 days a week.
Responsibilities:
* Lead full lifecycle ERP implementations from initiation through go-live and stabilization
* Develop and manage project plans, schedules, budgets, resources, risks, issues, and dependencies
* Coordinate cross-functional business and technical teams to ensure successful project delivery
* Facilitate steering committee meetings, project governance, and executive status reporting
* Manage implementation partners, vendors, and consulting teams
* Drive accountability across stakeholders to achieve project milestones and business objectives
* Support data conversion, integrations, testing, training, and organizational change management activities
* Manage multiple high-priority projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
REQUIREMENTS:
* PMP Certification
* 10+ years of Project Management experience
* Proven experience leading multiple full lifecycle ERP implementations
* Experience delivering large-scale enterprise technology and business transformation initiatives
* Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills
* Experience managing vendors, system integrators, and implementation partners
* Expertise in project governance, RAID management, budgeting, resource planning, and executive reporting
* Ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining delivery commitments
Preferred Experience:
* ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Infor, Workday, Epicor, or similar
* Retail, grocery, distribution, manufacturing, supply chain, or finance environments
* Data migration, systems integration, testing, training, and change management
* Large-scale digital transformation and enterprise modernization programs
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
