The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service, managing staff, and maintaining a high standard of service delivery. This role requires a strong leader with excellent organizational skills and a passion for the wellness industry.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily spa operations, ensuring a seamless experience for clients.
  • Manage and train staff, including hiring, employee orientation, and ongoing development.
  • Implement effective inventory management practices to maintain stock levels and control costs.
  • Handle payroll, bookkeeping, and budgeting to ensure financial efficiency.
