About the Role

Our company, a mid-sized manufacturer, is looking for an AI Implementation Specialist to help lead the rollout of new AI-driven tools and projects across the organization. This is a great opportunity for a recent graduate to gain hands-on, cross-functional experience while playing a key role in shaping how our company adopts emerging technology.

This position reports directly to the President and works closely with Ownership, Sales & Marketing, Accounting, and Production to identify opportunities where AI can improve efficiency, streamline workflows, and support business goals.

What You'll Do

  • Partner with department leaders (Sales & Marketing, Accounting, Production) to identify processes that could benefit from AI tools
  • Assist in evaluating, testing, and implementing AI solutions such as Claude and other platforms
  • Translate business needs into practical, workable AI applications
  • Provide training and support to staff as new tools are rolled out
  • Track project progress and report outcomes to the President and Ownership
  • Stay current on AI trends relevant to manufacturing and business operations
