ACTIVE Network, part of Global Payments Inc., is seeking a driven, self-motivated Implementation Specialist to deliver technical services across ACTIVE's enterprise software platforms. Services will be delivered across market segments and include database, platform, and infrastructure management (moves, upgrades), system integrations, and hardware configuration. The position works directly with our clients remotely and onsite throughout North America. Intake and analyze business problems then establish and deploy technical solutions.

What you'll own:

  • Conduct functional planning and scoping sessions with ACTIVE and client project stakeholders
  • Design and Implement hardware, software, and data integration solutions with customers that satisfy their business needs
  • Coordinate all day-to-day details for implementations
  • Develop and manage technology deployment strategies
  • Develop and deploy end user training plan applicable
  • Work with Project Manager to execute implementations according to plan
  • Work with Project Consultants to coordinate functional requirements with deliverables
  • Work with Support Analysts to facilitate handoff as project closes
