Job description

Provide support for the full Treasury Management ("TM") operations work cycle, separately from day-to-day Client Support duties. Coordinate and fulfill implementation activities, ensuring high quality documentation to provide TM service to clients, tracking and clearing documentation exceptions, and completing the onboarding of new TM clients. Establish billing for services provided to TM clients. Fulfill routine daily, weekly, monthly, and annual TM Operations tasks. Complete periodic TM Client risk reviews. Maintain TM business unit reporting. Monitor and mitigate fraud and other risks and threats. Serve as a subject matter expert on TM products and services. Engage other departments in the bank regarding TM related issues and projects. Provide a high degree of proactive, positive, and professional service. Maintain routine tasks related to TM Operations.
  • Process implementations and client updates submitted by CSAs and TM Sales Officers, maintaining start-to-finish ownership of implementations, and coordinating establishment and maintenance of TM services with other departments and/or 3 party service providers as needed.
  • Receive, review, verify and maintain incoming TM Agreements and related implementation documentation for quality control and to mitigate audit and compliance risk.
  • Coordinate client end-user training with CSA team and TM Operations Manager.
  • Implement and maintain client billing for TM services.
  • Obtain proper levels of approval for waived fee activity for TM Clients to help mitigate lost revenue.
  • Track and clear documentation exceptions to mitigate audit and compliance risk.
  • Confirm that call-back and other authentication and security procedures have been executed to validate implementation requests as genuine. Support and execute fraud and other risk mitigation procedures.
  • Perform TM related maintenance to keep systems and client information current.
  • Maintain ongoing Implementation Status Report.
  • Perform assigned secondary/next-day-edit functions to minimize errors and maintain dual control.
  • Complete periodic risk review for TM using ACH Origination and Remote Deposit Periodic Review forms.
  • Fulfill routine daily, weekly, and monthly TM Operations tasks per the TM Ops Functional Org Chart.
  • Maintain inventory of TM related hardware such as security tokens, RDC scanners and supplies, etc.
  • Produce regular TM business unit reporting.
  • Maintain awareness of fraud and other threats and risks to client and Bank resources and assets.
  • Follow established TM Department and Bank policies, procedures, and objectives, particularly in regard to audit and quality controls, fraud prevention, and compliance with applicable banking regulations.
  • Provide ancillary support to TM related Bookkeeping, EFT, and Accounting functions.
  • Assist in the development and maintenance of departmental procedures.

  • Minimum of 3-6 financial accounting hours or equivalent experience is strongly preferred.
