Job description

IT Project Manager – Columbia, SC (Hybrid)

Duration: 12 Months

Schedule: 40 hrs/week | Partial Onsite (Tue/Wed/Thu)

Interview Mode: In-Person


Looking for a strong Project Manager to support large-scale ServiceNow implementations within the Enterprise Delivery Services team. The ideal candidate should be highly organized, execution-focused, and capable of translating ideas from architects and leadership into actionable project plans and deliverables.


Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end ServiceNow module implementations

• Maintain MS Project plans, timelines, budgets, and project artifacts

• Schedule meetings/stand-ups, assign tasks, and track progress daily

• Deliver status reports, presentations, and communications to leadership

• Manage project risks, escalations, milestones, and resource allocation

• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and audit compliant


Required Skills:

• Strong Project Management experience in structured environments

• Expertise with MS Project and project planning methodologies

• Excellent communication, leadership, and conflict resolution skills

• Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and drive execution

• Strong organizational and analytical abilities with attention to detail


Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience

• 7+ years of IT leadership experience

• 4+ years leading multiple concurrent project teams

• PMP preferred

• ServiceNow experience is a plus (not mandatory)
