Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the daytoday operations pf several medical offices to ensure smooth and efficient workflow
  • Manage and supervise office staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations
  • Develop and implement office policies and procedures to maintain compliance with healthcare regulations
  • Coordinate patient scheduling, including appointments, referrals, and followup visits
  • Handle patient inquiries and complaints, resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize patient care and improve patient outcomes
  • Manage medical records and ensure accurate documentation and recordkeeping
  • Monitor and manage office budget, including billing, coding, and reimbursement processes
  • Implement utilization management strategies to optimize resource allocation and control costs
  • Experience:
  • Proven experience in Dermatology medical office management preferred
  • Strong knowledge of medical administrative support functions and practice management principles
  • Familiarity with medical Dermatology care processes and procedures
