Intervene K-12 partners with school districts nationwide to improve student outcomes through high-quality educational programs. We're seeking an experienced Client Implementation & Operations Manager to lead the successful launch, implementation, and operational delivery of client programs.
This leadership role reports directly to the CEO and serves as the operational hub connecting Sales, Client Success, Technology, Curriculum, Reporting, Finance, and Operations. You'll lead cross-functional teams, build scalable processes, improve operational efficiency, and ensure every client implementation is delivered on time, on budget, and with exceptional quality.

What You'll Do
As the Client Implementation & Operations Manager, you will:
  • Lead the implementation of new client engagements from Sales handoff through successful launch.
  • Develop implementation plans, project schedules, timelines, and milestones.
  • Coordinate internal teams including Client Success, Technology, Curriculum, Reporting, Finance, and Tutoring Operations.
  • Ensure staffing, technology, facilities, reporting, and operational readiness before client launches.
  • Manage multiple client implementations simultaneously.
  • Identify risks, remove roadblocks, and proactively solve operational challenges.
  • Develop and improve scalable operational processes and standard operating procedures.
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives that increase efficiency and quality.
  • Partner with Technology to automate operational workflows and reporting.
  • Oversee vendors, facilities, logistics, staffing partners, and operational budgets.
  • Monitor operational KPIs, dashboards, and implementation performance.
  • Partner with Finance to ensure invoice readiness and operational accuracy.

What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, Project Management, Education, or related field
  • 7+ years of operations, implementation, project management, or service delivery leadership
  • 5+ years leading cross-functional teams
  • Experience implementing multi-site or multi-location programs
  • Experience managing operational budgets, vendors, contracts, and logistics
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Exceptional communication and leadership abilities
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills
  • Experience using CRM and project management software
Preferred
  • PMP Certification
  • Master's Degree a plus
  • Experience in education, K-12, tutoring, professional services, or healthcare operations
  • Experience with Monday.com, Asana, Smartsheet, ClickUp, Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar platforms
