Position Overview:

We are seeking a Project Manager to lead the implementation of Centric PLM, a strategic enterprise transformation to modernize how product data, workflows, and collaboration are managed across the product lifecycle. This role will be accountable for end-to-end project delivery, covering scope, timeline, budget, risk management, governance, vendor coordination, and cross-functional alignment across Product Development, Merchandising, Sourcing, Materials Development, Product Digital Creation, and Technology.

The Project Manager will act as the central point of coordination between internal teams and Centric, ensuring the deployment is delivered in alignment with business objectives, out-of-the-box configuration principles, data readiness, testing, training, change adoption, and go-live readiness.

What You'll Do:

  • Lead the end-to-end implementation of Centric PLM across defined releases, workstreams, and business functions.
  • Own and maintain the integrated project plan, including milestones, dependencies, deliverables, resourcing, and critical path activities.
  • Manage project scope, schedule, budget, risks, issues, decisions, and change requests through disciplined governance.
  • Partner with Centric's project team to coordinate configuration, data loads, testing, training, deployment, and hyper care activities.
  • Coordinate internal business and technology resources to ensure timely participation, input, validation, and sign-off.
  • Facilitate decision-making and escalation across business leaders, SMEs, Technology, and executive sponsors.
  • Lead weekly project reviews, Steering Committee preparation, executive status reporting, and RAID log management.
  • Track budget, vendor spend, resource consumption, and financial implications of scope or timeline changes.
  • Support future-state process alignment, role clarity, adoption planning, and transition from legacy ways of working.
  • Ensure test plans, acceptance criteria, deployment readiness, training plans, and go-live activities are completed to standard
  • Integrated project plan, roadmap, and milestone tracker
  • Weekly and monthly status reporting covering scope, timeline, cost, risks, issues, and decisions
  • RAID log, decision log, change request log, and escalation tracker
  • Budget tracking, forecasting, and vendor/resource consumption reporting
  • Steering Committee materials and executive-ready project updates
  • Workstream plans for configuration, data loads, testing, training, deployment, and hyper care
  • Go-live readiness checklist, cutover plan, and post-go-live stabilization plan

Let's Talk About You:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Project Management, Engineering, Technology, Supply Chain, or a related field.
  • 8-12+ years of project or program management experience leading complex, cross-functional transformation initiatives.
  • Proven experience implementing PLM systems; Centric PLM experience strongly preferred.
  • Experience in apparel, luxury retail, product development, and/or supply chain environments.
  • Strong understanding of product lifecycle processes, including style management, materials, BOMs, tech packs, costing, sample tracking, vendor collaboration, and integrations.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage scope, budget, timelines, vendors, and executive stakeholder expectations.
  • Experience with Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery methods
  • PMP certification preferred.
  • Strong executive communication skills with the ability to translate project complexity into clear decisions, risks, and actions.
  • Strong financial acumen, including experience managing project budgets, forecasts, vendor spend, and change controls.

Salary Range:

$102,000.00 - $141,000.00 / year
