  • Manage project progress using Smartsheet, assigning client tasks and reviewing deliverables collaboratively
  • Deliver training to clients, making the software approachable and practical
  • Develop user guides and documentation tailored to each client's setup
  • Troubleshoot issues during implementation, escalating when needed
  • Stay current on Acumatica product updates and industry best practices
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure smooth project delivery

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field or equivalent experience
  • Background in accounting, finance, or operations; previous experience as a Controller or CFO
  • 2 - 4 years experience implementing ERP software - Acumatica experience is a plus
  • Solid understanding of technical concepts such as databases, APIs, and system integrations
  • Comfortable troubleshooting and resolving software related issues, with a willingness to dig in and problem-solve
  • Strong communication skills; written and verbal
  • Organized, client-focused, and comfortable in a project-based environment
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
Employment Type: FULL_TIME
