About ARKANCE US Company:

At ARKANCE US, we empower design, engineering, construction, and manufacturing teams to work smarter, deliver stronger outcomes, and build a better world. As part of the global ARKANCE Group - a trusted partner with deep industry expertise, innovative technology solutions, and high-performing teams across 19 countries - we bring together technology, consulting, and services that help organizations transform how they design, build, and operate.

Position Overview

The Implementation Lead is the technical delivery authority within ARKANCE's Delivery function, a senior Leader-Doer who owns the most complex platform implementations while simultaneously setting the technical quality bar for the broader team. This role is ARKANCE's go-to expert on implementation architecture, platform configuration, and technical problem-solving across the enterprise services portfolio. The Implementation Lead works in tight partnership with the Consulting Lead to ensure seamless transitions between advisory and hands-on technical delivery, and partners with Pre-Sales to ensure that every scope committed to customers is technically sound and achievable. Full autonomy on implementation architecture and technical delivery decisions. Sets technical quality standards for the Delivery team. Escalates major technical risks, customer escalations, and resource constraints to the US Leader.

Qualifications

* 6 to 10 years of technical implementation experience with Autodesk Construction Cloud or comparable enterprise construction technology platforms

· Expert-level knowledge of ACC platform modules — project management, document management, field, cost, and related workflows

· Demonstrated experience managing multiple concurrent implementations with competing timelines and resource constraints

· Strong technical communication skills; able to lead customer technical teams through complex configuration and integration work

· Experience developing implementation methodology, configuration standards, and technical documentation for a professional services team

· Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field

Essential Functions

· Leads technical implementation of ARKANCE's enterprise service solutions for the most complex and high-value customer engagements

· Owns implementation architecture decisions, including platform configuration, integration design, data migration approach, and go-live sequencing

· Establishes and maintains ARKANCE's implementation standards: configuration templates, testing protocols, go-live checklists, and post-go-live support runbooks

· Serves as the technical escalation point for implementation issues across all active Delivery engagements

· Partners with Pre-Sales to validate technical scoping assumptions and produce accurate implementation effort estimates for new proposals

· Mentors Delivery Consultants on implementation best practices, platform configuration standards, and technical communication with customers

· Coordinates with customers' technical teams on system integration requirements, data readiness assessments, and IT environment preparation

· Manages technical risk across concurrent implementations — monitors delivery quality and flags issues to the US Leader and PMO proactively

· Builds and maintains a library of implementation accelerators, including configuration scripts, test scripts, migration tools, and technical documentation

· All other duties as assigned

· Duties and assignments are subject to change

· 55 to 70% billable implementation delivery · 15 to 20% pre-sales technical support · 10 to 15% team standards & mentoring
