Key Responsibilities

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, your primary responsibility will be to deliver psychotherapy services to patients and their families facing various mental health concerns related to hospice care. Specific responsibilities include:

  • Conducting thorough clinical assessments to evaluate emotional and psychological needs and forming individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient's circumstances.
  • Implementing a range of therapeutic interventions, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), ensuring that each modality aligns with the client’s preferences and needs.

Qualifications
