Job description

We are seeking a Senior CJA Implementation Engineer to lead the design, implementation, configuration, and reporting of Adobe Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) alongside a website implementation. The role will support the project from technical architecture through post-launch performance analysis.

Responsibilities
  • Design and implement Adobe Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) solutions.

  • Map website data from development teams into Adobe Experience Platform (AEP).

  • Design AEP schemas and XDM field mappings.

  • Validate data in the AEP data lake before integration with CJA.

  • Configure AEP Datastreams to support future-state data collection.

  • Set up and manage CJA connections and data views.

  • Configure component naming, persistence, attribution, and session settings.

  • Develop derived fields, calculated metrics, filters, segments, and date ranges.

  • Manage CJA user roles and permissions.

  • Build and maintain dashboards and reporting, including:

    • Executive dashboards

    • Conversion funnel and content conversion reports

    • Site health dashboards with trended KPIs

  • Validate data quality, troubleshoot implementation issues, and support post-launch performance analysis.

Required Skills
  • Strong hands-on experience with Adobe Customer Journey Analytics (CJA).

  • Experience with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) and XDM schema design.

  • Experience with data mapping, data validation, and AEP data lake.

  • Hands-on experience configuring CJA connections, data views, components, metrics, segments, and filters.

  • Experience building CJA dashboards and KPI reporting.

  • Strong understanding of web analytics, customer journey tracking, attribution, and conversion analysis.

  • Experience working with website development and analytics implementation teams.

  • Strong troubleshooting and data analysis skills.

Preferred Skills
