Job description

Core Responsibilities

  • Provide daily operational support for CMDB processes covering infrastructure, cloud, and enterprise platforms.

  • Support and maintain ServiceNow Discovery across onprem and cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP).

  • Monitor discovery health, ingestion pipelines, reconciliation rules, and data flows to ensure accurate CMDB population.

  • Perform operational triage, remediation, and root cause analysis for CMDB data gaps, integration failures, or ingestion anomalies.

  • Manage and support integrations with existing and new tools, including asset and security platforms (e.g., JAMF, Akamai, Imperva, Wiz, Kong, CrowdStrike).

  • Support onboarding and sustainment of new technologies and AIenabled capabilities from an operational perspective.

  • Act as first-line operational support, escalating complex issues and partnering with senior engineers as needed.

  • Collaborate with infrastructure, cloud, application, and platform teams to onboard assets and validate relationships.

  • Support platform upgrades, patches, monitoring, and performance optimization.

  • Create and maintain technical documentation, diagrams, and troubleshooting guides.
