No Limit Legal, P.A. is seeking a mission-driven, seasoned Immigration Attorney to take a leadership role in our rapidly growing practice. Compensation:

$130,000 - $160,000 plus benefits + bonuses


Responsibilities:

Legal Advocacy & Case Management

  • Lead and manage a comprehensive variety of immigration matters, including family-based petitions, removal defense, asylum, waivers, and naturalization.
  • Represent clients with excellence before USCIS, EOIR (Immigration Court), and federal courts.
  • Develop case strategies and solutions for complex legal issues, ensuring a "3-Way Win" for the client, the firm, and the community.
  • Draft and oversee high-quality legal documents, including briefs, motions, and pleadings.

Leadership & Operations

  • Supervise and mentor a team of associates, paralegals, and law clerks to ensure operational excellence.
  • Design and implement systems and best practices to scale immigration operations across multiple locations.
  • Collaborate with firm leadership to track productivity and ensure the team embodies "Radical Transparency."

Community & Growth

  • Drive community outreach through seminars, video content, and written educational materials.
  • Model the Firm’s Core Values daily: Extreme Ownership, Adversity Is Opportunity, and Under Promise/Over Deliver.

Qualifications:
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of dedicated experience practicing Immigration Law.
  • Licensure: J.D. from an accredited law school and an active Florida Bar membership (or immediate eligibility).
  • Language: Native or professional fluency in both English and Spanish is required to serve our diverse client base.
  • Tech Savvy: Proficiency in legal research (Westlaw/Lexis) and modern case management software.
  • Mindset: A "Growth & Learning" mentality—you view challenges as opportunities and take full ownership of your results.
