About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Engineer to join our MEP team on our project in Sparks, NV. This is a full-time, in-person position.
Key Responsibilities
  • Communicate with electrical and mechanical equipment vendors, design engineers, clients, and subcontractors.
  • Procure electrical and mechanical subcontracts and equipment, managing contracts and deliverables from bid solicitation through contract award.
  • Coordinate equipment submittals and assist with electrical, mechanical, and overall construction cost estimates.
  • Support commercial projects within core markets, ensuring effective coordination and execution.

Qualifications
Required:
  • Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, construction management, relevant field, or relevant experience.
  • 5+ years of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing preconstruction experience.
  • Ability to read and understand electrical, HVAC, plumbing, architectural, and civil plans and specifications.
  • Familiarity with standard concepts, practices, and procedures of MEP systems and equipment.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Ability to identify and resolve issues.
  • Effective participation in a team environment.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects and tasks.
