This is a part-time contract role with an expected commitment of approximately 80 hours per month, depending on project load. You'll inherit a well-documented portfolio of active work with a structured knowledge transfer, allowing you to step right in and produce.

โ€ข Access to a Meta Quest 3 device for QA
Nice to Have
โ€ข Experience with medical device or procedural training content
โ€ข Familiarity with project management tools such as Asana or Notion

โ€ข Contract freelance position, invoiced monthly
โ€ข Approximately 10-20 hours per week, with up to 80 hrs per month

โ€ข Initial engagement tied to current project portfolio, with potential for ongoing work
Requirements

Scientific Review & Quality Assurance
โ€ข Conduct ongoing scientific QA throughout production
โ€ข Validate anatomy accuracy, interaction logic, clinical relevance, and edge cases
โ€ข Provide structured, actionable feedback to 3D and production teams
โ€ข Ensure feedback is specific enough for execution without additional clarification
