Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough and sensitive assessments of clients' mental health concerns, utilizing a variety of assessment tools to formulate clinical diagnoses.
• Design and implement personalized treatment plans incorporating evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, mindfulness, and psychodynamic counseling.
• Facilitate engaging therapy sessions, offering individual, group, and family interventions that cater to each client's specific needs and treatment goals.
• Provide immediate crisis intervention, ensuring that clients experiencing acute mental health challenges receive empathetic support and appropriate resources.
• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records, including treatment plans, progress notes, and assessment findings, in compliance with legal and ethical standards.
• Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, social workers, and healthcare providers to develop comprehensive care plans.
• Educate clients and their families about mental health issues, treatment options, and community resources, advocating for their rights and well-being.
• Engage in continuous professional development through training programs and workshops to stay updated on the latest best practices in mental health therapy.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your role will encompass working with diverse client populations, including individuals facing anxiety, depression, trauma, and relational issues. You will serve clients from various backgrounds, adapting your approach to resonate with their cultural and personal experiences. This understanding is pivotal in fostering trust and rapport, which are fundamental in the therapeutic process.

Qualifications

• Current licensure as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LPC, LCSW) in the state of Georgia.
• A Master’s or Doctorate degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a relevant field.
• Demonstrated expertise in clinical assessment and diagnostic processes.
• A minimum of two years of relevant experience in a clinical setting is required.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills that enhance relationships with clients and colleagues.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team framework.
• Strong commitment to maintaining ethical and professional standards in all interactions.

Preferred Experience

• Previous experience working in a teletherapy setting is advantageous but not mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 85,000 to 100,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
