Utilizing state-of-the-art technology and electronic health records (EHR), our LCSWs can seamlessly track patient progress and maintain organized treatment plans.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients to evaluate their emotional, behavioral, and social functioning, ensuring tailored treatment approaches.
• Provide individual and group psychotherapy sessions utilizing evidence-based practices to address issues such as anxiety, depression, and PTSD.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans, integrating culturally competent strategies to address the unique needs of each patient.
• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and primary care providers, to ensure coordinated patient care.
• Monitor patient progress, adjusting treatment plans based on objective clinical feedback and patient self-reporting to optimize mental health outcomes.
• Offer educational resources and support to patients and their families regarding mental health conditions and available treatment options.
• Maintain ethical and professional standards by safeguarding patient confidentiality and ensuring informed consent processes are followed.

The ideal candidate will work extensively with a diverse client population, primarily focusing on individuals seeking assistance in a detox setting. Many of these patients may be experiencing significant mental health challenges exacerbated by substance use, trauma, or past experiences. Therefore, the role requires a compassionate approach and the skills to effectively engage patients who may be in crisis or struggling with their mental health.

• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program.
• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Georgia.
• A minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience providing psychotherapy and mental health services in a clinical setting.
• Strong clinical assessment skills, with a capacity to develop and execute evidence-based treatment strategies tailored to patient needs.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with patients and effectively liaise with other healthcare professionals.

• Experience working with patients undergoing detoxification or in substance use recovery.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and mental health software tools.
• Knowledge of community resources and support services available to individuals struggling with mental illness.
