Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

• Conduct thorough assessments and screenings to evaluate clients’ mental health and substance abuse histories, identifying needs and risk factors.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that address both addiction issues and co-occurring mental health conditions, ensuring a holistic approach to care.
• Facilitate engaging individual and group therapy sessions employing evidence-based methodologies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, and Strengths-Based Counseling.
• Collaborate closely with our multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, social workers, and addiction specialists, to ensure a seamless treatment experience for clients.
• Educate clients and their families about the recovery process, providing resources and support for familial involvement in therapy.
• Maintain detailed, accurate, and confidential records of client interactions and progress, adhering to all state and federal regulations.

The clients you will serve are individuals grappling with substance use disorders and associated mental health challenges. Qualifications

To be considered for this position, candidates must possess:

• A valid professional license as an LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or PsyD.
• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a closely related field.
• Demonstrated expertise in addiction counseling, ideally coupled with training in evidence-based practices for treating both substance use and co-occurring disorders.
• Exceptional therapeutic skills, along with the ability to inspire and motivate clients toward personal development and recovery.
• Strong communication abilities, ensuring effective collaboration and coordination within a multidisciplinary team.

Preferred Experience

We prefer candidates with at least 2 years of direct clinical experience in a mental health setting, particularly focused on addiction treatment. Familiarity with telehealth platforms and digital communication tools will enhance your effectiveness in this role.

Compensation and Benefits
