Key Responsibilities

• Providing high-quality individual, couples, and family therapy sessions through remote platforms, utilizing telehealth services for the convenience of our clients.
• Conducting thorough client assessments to identify mental health needs and develop effective, personalized treatment plans, setting measurable therapeutic goals.
• Implementing therapeutic techniques grounded in family systems theory, addressing relationship dynamics and facilitating communication between family members.
• Responding to crisis situations with immediate intervention strategies to ensure client safety and well-being.
• Documenting all client interactions, treatment progress, and therapeutic outcomes accurately and confidentially in compliance with established legal and ethical standards.
• Educating clients on relationship improvement techniques, effective communication skills, and stress management strategies to foster independence and enhance therapeutic outcomes.
• Collaborating with other mental health professionals, social workers, and medical staff to provide comprehensive care and support to clients.
• Engaging in continuing education and professional development opportunities to stay informed of the latest trends and interventions in marriage and family therapy.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will primarily work with a diverse client population, including individuals, couples, and families experiencing relational issues, anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health challenges. Our team is dedicated to supporting the unique cultural and socio-economic backgrounds of our clients, ensuring that therapy is accessible and effective for everyone.

Qualifications

• Must possess a valid Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) license in the state of Georgia.
• A Master's degree or higher in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field is required.
• At least one year of professional experience in providing therapy as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist.
• Demonstrated strong interpersonal skills with a commitment to ethical practice in therapy settings.
• A capacity for both independent work and collaboration as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Flexibility in availability to accommodate client scheduling, with an openness to evening and weekend appointments as necessary.

Preferred Experience

• Experience specifically in outpatient therapy settings, particularly within a telehealth framework.
• Familiarity with evidence-based practices and therapeutic methodologies tailored to marriage and family dynamics.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively engage clients and document therapeutic processes.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 90,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to competitive Pay, we offer:
