Work Environment

This position is fully remote, providing the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home while being part of a large and supportive team committed to mental health advocacy. Although the position is remote, our therapists regularly connect via telehealth platforms to maintain strong relationships with clients and fellow team members. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth assessments to accurately identify clients' mental health needs, formulate clinical diagnoses, and develop personalized treatment plans.
• Facilitate therapeutic sessions that may include individual, family, or group therapy, utilizing a range of evidence-based modalities tailored to each client's needs.
• Provide crisis intervention support to clients experiencing acute mental health crises, ensuring immediate and effective strategies are employed to stabilize their condition.
• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records, including treatment plans and progress notes, ensuring compliance with ethical and legal standards.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, social workers, and healthcare professionals, to ensure a holistic approach to client care.
• Educate clients and their families about mental health issues, available treatment options, and community resources, advocating for their rights and needs.
• Engage in ongoing professional development to stay updated on best practices in mental health therapy, enhancing the quality of care provided.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The Mental Health Counselor will work with a diverse client base, including adults facing anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and various other mental health concerns. Qualifications

• Must be licensed as a Mental Health Therapist, with credentials such as LMFT, LPC, or LCSW.

• A minimum of two years of relevant experience in mental health counseling is required.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in a clinical setting is preferred, although we are open to candidates who demonstrate a strong foundational understanding and enthusiasm for mental health care.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary within the range of USD 85,000 to 100,000 per year, complemented by a sign-on bonus for the right candidate.
