Work Environment

The successful candidate will work in a fully remote setting, allowing for a flexible work-life balance while providing essential therapy services to clients from the comfort of their own homes. Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct engaging and effective remote therapy sessions with clients through secure telehealth platforms, ensuring a personalized approach that meets each individual's needs.
  • Develop comprehensive treatment plans tailored to clients' unique circumstances and therapeutic goals, utilizing evidence-based methodologies to guide sessions.
  • Maintain rigorous and accurate documentation of client progress, interventions, and outcomes in alignment with ethical and legal standards, ensuring high-quality care.
  • Provide immediate crisis intervention and support for clients experiencing acute emotional distress, employing de-escalation techniques and safety planning as necessary.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams, including psychiatrists, medical professionals, and social workers, to coordinate comprehensive care across various domains.
  • Stay up to date with the latest research and developments in therapeutic modalities and mental health interventions to continuously enhance client outcomes.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Our client population includes individuals of all ages, couples seeking to strengthen their relationships, and families overcoming challenges together. Many clients face issues such as anxiety, depression, relationship conflicts, and life transitions. As an LMFT, you will play a vital role in helping clients improve communication, resolve conflicts, and build healthier relationships, fostering a supportive environment tailored to their specific needs.

Qualifications
  • A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related mental health field from an accredited institution.
  • Active and unrestricted state licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist.
  • Proven experience in providing therapy services, preferably in a remote setting, demonstrating familiarity with telehealth platforms and technology.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with a natural ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills to effectively manage client caseloads and documentation requirements.
Preferred Experience
  • Experience with evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT).

Compensation and Benefits
