Temporary Talent Acquisition Coordinator (Temporary) Also Known As:

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support a busy Manufacturing Operations recruiting team during a short-term project. This is a fast-paced, high-volume recruiting support role focused primarily on interview scheduling, candidate coordination, and applicant tracking system updates.

The ideal candidate will have prior recruiting coordination, talent acquisition support, HR support, or scheduling experience and be comfortable managing multiple priorities, calendars, and stakeholder requests simultaneously.

This position will support hiring teams across Michigan, Holland, and New York and requires someone who can work efficiently, communicate professionally, and maintain accuracy while handling a high volume of scheduling activity.

Key Responsibilities Interview Scheduling & Candidate Coordination (Primary Focus)
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates, hiring managers, operations leaders, and recruiting team members.
  • Manage high-volume interview scheduling across multiple locations and time zones.
  • Coordinate calendars and availability to ensure timely interview scheduling.
  • Send calendar invitations and interview confirmations to candidates and hiring teams.
  • Communicate interview details, logistics, and scheduling updates to all stakeholders.
  • Manage scheduling changes, reschedules, and cancellations as needed.
Recruiting & Talent Acquisition Support
  • Conduct basic resume/CV screening against established hiring criteria.
  • Support Talent Acquisition Partners with candidate coordination activities throughout the hiring process.
  • Maintain accurate candidate records and recruiting activity within SuccessFactors.
  • Update candidate statuses and documentation within the applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Ensure candidate files are complete, accurate, and up to date.
Administrative & Operational Support
  • Partner with hiring managers, operations leaders, and recruiting teams to facilitate a smooth interview process.
  • Assist with recruitment-related communications and administrative tasks.
  • Monitor recruiting workflows and ensure timely follow-up on candidate activity.
  • Support multiple requisitions and hiring initiatives simultaneously.
Qualifications Required
  • 1+ years of experience in recruiting coordination, talent acquisition support, HR administration, staffing support, or interview scheduling.
  • Experience coordinating high-volume interview scheduling.
  • Strong calendar management and organizational skills.
  • Experience working with applicant tracking systems (ATS).
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and follow-through.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Teams, and Microsoft Office.
Preferred
  • Experience using SuccessFactors.
  • Experience supporting manufacturing, operations, or high-volume hiring environments.
  • Experience working with multiple hiring managers and stakeholders simultaneously.
  • Prior staffing agency or corporate recruiting support experience.
