Nuclear Medicine Technologist

This position offers an excellent opportunity to advance your skills in a dynamic outpatient radiology environment. Work alongside a dedicated team of subspecialty radiologists while contributing to high-quality patient care using advanced imaging technology.

Essential Functions

  • Administer radiopharmaceuticals and medications for diagnostic imaging and therapeutic procedures.
  • Process data and enhance digital images using advanced computer systems.
  • Provide images, data analysis, and patient information to support diagnostic interpretation and therapeutic planning.
  • Evaluate images to ensure technical quality and proper equipment calibration.
  • Conduct organ or body scans to assist physicians in diagnostic decision-making.
  • Administer and document isotope dosages according to established protocols.
  • Monitor patients during procedures and report any unusual activity or concerns.
  • Apply standard concepts, practices, and procedures within the field.
  • Use experience and judgment to plan, prioritize, and accomplish work goals under general supervision.
  • Demonstrate competency in job-related skills appropriate to patient populations served while delivering excellent customer service.
  • Operate equipment and devices to maintain a safe, functional, and effective clinical environment.
