We are a premier dental practice in Cary, NC, specializing in prosthodontics and providing exceptional patient care with a focus on advanced restorative treatments. Our team is dedicated to creating beautiful, functional smiles using the latest technology and techniques in prosthodontics.


Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Prosthodontic Dental Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience assisting with complex restorative and prosthodontic procedures, be proficient in digital workflows, and have a passion for delivering high-quality patient care.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the prosthodontist with procedures including crowns, bridges, dentures, implants, and full-mouth restorations.
  • Take and pour impressions, fabricate provisional restorations, and assist in lab-related tasks.
  • Utilize digital scanning and imaging technology for treatment planning.
  • Ensure patient comfort and education before, during, and after procedures.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and sterile environment, following all OSHA and infection control protocols.
  • Manage inventory and prepare treatment rooms with necessary materials and instruments.
  • Collaborate with the dental team to provide seamless patient care.


Education / Experience Required:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent

Special Requirements/Certifications/Licenses required:

  • DAII Certification
  • X-Ray Certification
  • CPR Certification
  • Completion of coronal polishing Course
  • Minimum 2 years of dental experience (prosthodontic preferred)
