Scheduler (Full-Time) - Raleigh, NC (On-Site)
Wake Radiology UNC REX Healthcare is seeking an experienced full-time Scheduler to join our team at our Raleigh office located in the North Hills area. This is an on-site position and is not remote.
As a Scheduler, you will play a key role in providing exceptional service by coordinating imaging exams and procedures for all Wake Radiology locations. You will work closely with physician offices, patients, and internal teams to ensure appointments are scheduled accurately, efficiently, and with the highest level of customer service.
What You'll Do
  • Schedule imaging exams and procedures for all Wake Radiology locations.
  • Coordinate with physician offices, patients, and clinical staff to ensure timely and accurate scheduling.
  • Provide exceptional customer service while assisting patients and referring providers.
  • Maintain accurate patient information and scheduling records.
  • Support a collaborative team dedicated to delivering high-quality patient care.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 2 years of scheduling experience preferred (prior radiology scheduling experience is a plus)
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Professional, courteous telephone etiquette and outstanding customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively in a team environment
