Iron Mountain is seeking a highly motivated Imaging Coordinator to join our Digital Solutions team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless daily production and administrative support by optimizing workflows and upholding the highest standards of quality and process compliance. Your contribution is key to fostering customer success, balancing customer relationships with a goal-driven culture, and driving company growth.
  • What You'll Do (Responsibilities)
    In this role, you will:
  • Execute and Support Production Workflows: Manage the end-to-end production cycle, including performing inbounding, pre-prep, sort, prep, packaging, and release functions to maintain efficient operations.
  • Coordinate Projects and Training: Schedule personnel, set up jobs with staging, prepare detailed job specifications, and lead cross-training for Imaging Operations employees to achieve project timelines and SLAs.
  • Ensure Compliance and Quality Assurance: Conduct final quality checks and corrections post-production, and ensure all activities strictly adhere to and utilize DMS Imaging Center SOP's/guidelines and forms.
  • What You'll Bring (Skills & Qualifications)
    The ideal candidate will have:
  • 2+ years of experience in a production environment with a focus on document imaging, data capture, or a related technology/business field.
  • Strong knowledge of imaging quality measurement techniques and processes, along with familiarity with PC and related imaging technology.
  • Proven ability in managing project workflow, scheduling, and effective written and verbal communication, including customer interaction.
  • Must be willing and able to obtain a Tier 3 secret clearance (can take up to 12 months) (Note: Only US Persons are eligible for this clearance).
  • What We Offer (Benefits)
  • Eligible for SCA Pay of up to an additional $4.57/hr (if benefits are declined).
  • Shifts: A set schedule Monday - Friday
