Job description

Compensation for this contract position depends upon the support level and number of participants in the home.
Job Summary:
Rooted in Imagine!'s commitment to opportunity for all abilities and aligned with L'Arche NOCO's philosophy of shared living, a House Leader creates a home environment where core members (adults with intellectual or developmental disabilities) are known, supported, and valued.
This role centers on sustaining a shared home in which each individual's voice, goals, health, and autonomy shape daily life. The House Leader serves as the primary steward of a shared living home, cultivating a rhythm of life grounded in community and mutuality, supporting each person's growth and aspirations while participating alongside them in daily living tasks such as cooking, cleaning, and individualized supports. Compliance & Professional Standards:
  • Meet qualification for and operate in accordance with Colorado HCBS regulations and Imagine! policies.
  • Participate in training and quality improvement processes.

  • Experience supporting individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities preferred.
  • Demonstrated emotional steadiness, sound judgment, and the ability to remain grounded in complex or high-stress situations.
