What You Can Expect
We are on the lookout for a dedicated and skilled Sonography / Ultrasound Technologist to become part of our expanding team of imaging professionals devoted to excellence in patient care. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct a range of ultrasound studies, including abdominal, obstetric, gynecological, vascular, and small parts examinations
• Prioritize patient comfort and safety, clearly articulating each step of the procedure
• Work in close partnership with radiologists and referring physicians to ensure accurate diagnostic imaging
• Operate and ensure the maintenance of imaging equipment, reporting any malfunctions in a timely manner
• Document procedures accurately and maintain patient files within our electronic medical records system
• Keep abreast of the latest advances in sonography techniques and best practices

Required Education

• An Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Diagnostic Medical Sonography or related field
• Preferably, completion of a CAAHEP-accredited Sonography program

Essential Certifications

• Current certification from the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS) or equivalent
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification is preferred
