Description:Our MassageLuXe/FaceLuXe spa is seeking a Licensed Esthetician with expertise in facials, waxing, and a variety of skincare treatments to join our team. As a Skincare Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional skincare services to our clients, helping them achieve their desired results and promoting overall skincare wellness.


Responsibilities:

  • Perform a variety of skincare services, including a vast menu of facials, waxing, and treatments from Repechage, IMAGE Skincare, HydraFacial, and Dermaplane Pro
  • Consult with clients to determine their skincare needs and recommend appropriate treatments
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring all equipment and tools are properly sanitized
  • Keep up-to-date with the latest skincare trends and techniques, attending training sessions and workshops as needed
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring their satisfaction with each visit


Requirements:
  • Must be a licensed esthetician in the state of Missouri
  • Proven experience in providing a variety of skincare services, including facials, waxing, and treatments (Experience with Repechage, IMAGE Skincare, HydraFacial, and Dermaplane Pro are a plus)
  • Strong knowledge of skincare products and ingredients, as well as their benefits and potential side effects
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitasking and prioritizing tasks as needed
  • Flexibility to work weekends and evenings as needed
