Requirements

Experience: 3+ years in residential HVAC service.

Certifications: EPA Universal is a must; NATE is a major plus.

Clean Record: Valid CA driver’s license and a clean driving history.

Flexibility: Ready for a fair on-call rotation to keep Ventura County comfortable.

Grit: Ability to handle attics, crawlspaces, and 50+ lbs with a positive attitude.
