Job description

Hairdreams USA is seeking a licensed cosmetologist to educate stylists and salons on our professional hair extension and hair replacement systems.
Responsibilities:
  • Lead in-person and virtual education for partner salons
  • This role requires frequent travel—up to 70% (approximately three weeks per month), with most trips lasting 5–6 consecutive days.
  • Present product knowledge, techniques, and demos
  • Support events, shows, and certification trainings
  • Provide technical and professional support to stylists
Requirements:
  • Valid cosmetology license (required)
  • 3+ years behind the chair
  • Beauty industry experience required
  • Hair extension + hair loss experience preferred
  • Strong communication + presentation skills
  • Willing to travel (up to 70%)
  • When not traveling, work onsite at our Torrance, CA office (not remote position)
Compensation:
  • Base + incentives
  • $70K on-target earnings
