We are looking for a driven, relationship-focused Outside Field Sales Representative to bring luxury hair extensions directly into salons and stylist communities. This role represents The Kacey Welch Method Hair Extensions and supporting products, working face-to-face with salon owners and stylists to grow brand presence, education, and revenue across an assigned territory.

This is an in-the-field sales role with minimal office time outside of annual training summits and virtual meetings—most days are spent visiting salons, hosting events, building relationships, and growing your territory. This is a true entrepreneurial sales role for someone who loves being in the field, building authentic connections, and creating momentum through education, events, and social engagement. You will own your territory like it’s your own business, developing new accounts, nurturing existing relationships, and driving consistent growth through hands-on selling and community building.

If you’re a self-starter who wants to work hard, build something meaningful, and earn big, this role is for you.

Structured with a recoverable draw against commission, offering stability during ramp-up, plus unlimited commission potential. Average annual earnings range from $75,000 to $150,000+, with significant upside for high performers.

Key Responsibilities

· Build and manage an assigned territory of salons and stylists through consistent in-person prospecting and relationship selling.

· Introduce luxury hair extension solutions to new salons and convert stylists into long-term partners.

· Host and coordinate Look & Learns, VIP events, and community education programs.

· Drive brand awareness through relationship selling, local networking, and community engagement.

· Partner with leadership on detailing days, education support, and coaching opportunities.

· Maintain strong follow-up and account management to ensure repeat business, loyalty, and account growth.

· Leverage social selling (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn) to grow visibility through reels, carousels, and authentic content.

· Participate in virtual trainings and coaching sessions.

· Track performance against weekly, monthly, and yearly KPIs and sales goals; submit reporting on time.

· Represent the brand with professionalism, passion, and a luxury mindset.

Qualifications & Experience

Required:

· 2+ years of outside sales experience (beauty, salon, aesthetics, luxury retail, or related industry preferred).

· Proven track record of meeting or exceeding weekly and monthly sales targets.

· Experience selling face-to-face in a B2B environment.

· Comfortable using CRM systems and reporting sales activity consistently.

· Experience working in a commission-based compensation structure.

Preferred:

· Direct experience selling hair extensions or professional salon products.

· Experience with social selling via Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn.

· Experience working within a distributor model or independent contractor sales model.

Skills & Abilities

Required:

· Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong desire to earn at a high level.

· Self-starter who thrives with minimal supervision.

· Strong closing skills and ability to confidently ask for the business.

· Ability to build authentic, long-term relationships with salon owners and stylists.

· Strong presentation and communication skills, both in-person and virtual.

· High energy, resilient, and competitive by nature.

· Strong time management and territory planning skills.

· Comfortable with virtual training platforms (Zoom, Teams, etc.).

· Ability to analyze sales performance and adjust strategy to hit goals.

· Willingness to travel within territory daily.

· Growth-oriented and coachable; open to feedback and leadership partnership.

Preferred:

· Event coordination or education experience.
