ADMISSIONS OFFICE ASSISTANT
Division: Support Services Department: Admissions Experience: Entry-level

Start Date: 8/25/2026
Provide administrative support in the Admissions Office, assisting students, staff, and visitors. Ideal for students with strong communication, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
Responsibilities and Career Competencies:
  1. Greet, assist, and direct prospective/current students and parents in person and by phone - C, CT, CSD
  2. Assist with application data entry - P, CSD, CT, T, TW
  3. Support Admissions staff (UG, KYCOM, KYCO) with various tasks - TW, P, C, T, CTR
  4. Maintain, scan, and link prospective student documents using Image Now - T, C, P, CSD, CT, CTR
  5. Participate in GROWL registration preparation - T, TW, C, CTR, P
  6. Help maintain a clean and organized office environment - P, TW, CT
  7. Run errands including mail pickup, sorting, and delivery - C, P, L
  8. Prepare Bear Juice as needed - C, L
  9. Perform other duties as assigned

Relationships: Daily contact with co-workers, supervisor, student workers, students, parents, faculty, staff, various campus departments, and the public to provide assistance and information.
Work Conditions: Normal office environment.
Physical Demands: Keyboarding.
