POSITION SUMMARY

Our Clinical Sales Specialist supports iM3's U.S. commercial operations, working closely with distributor partners and veterinary clinics to advance product education, clinical adoption, and market development within the veterinary dental channel. The position serves as a clinical resource to distributor representatives, veterinary teams, and internal stakeholders. This is a field-based role requiring regular travel and direct engagement with veterinary practices and channel partners.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Distributor & Support

  • Partner with distributor representatives to strengthen relationships and expand product presence.
  • Conduct joint calls and field support activities.
  • Provide structured training and product training.

Clinical Account Support

  • Support key veterinary accounts to increase product utilization.
  • Provide case support and procedural guidance where appropriate.
  • Deliver educational presentations to veterinarians and technicians.

Commercial & Field Collaboration

  • Share field insights and customer feedback with sales and marketing teams.
  • Represent iM3 at trade shows, conferences, and industry events.
  • Support marketing initiatives through clinical expertise.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent experience.
  • 3–5 years of veterinary dentistry, animal health, or related clinical experience.
  • Veterinary Technician Specialist (VTS – Dentistry) preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience presenting in clinical environments.
  • Ability to travel at least 50% of the time.

  • Experience supporting distributor or channel-based sales models.
