About Ignite Visibility

Ignite Visibility, an award-winning digital marketing agency with office in sunny San Diego, CA and Orlando, FL, is looking for a talented Staff Accountant to join our team.

This individual will support our Accounting and Financial team with accurately completing company financials. This position is fully remote. To be successful you should have excellent communication skills, be highly detail-oriented, and have strong experience in GL reconciliations, accounts payable, accounts receivable, Excel, and NetSuite.

This position is remote within the U.S. only. You must be a U.S. resident and eligible to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities
  • Assist the Senior Accountant and Controller with day-to-day, monthly and year end operations including the financial audit

  • Preparation of monthly Balance Sheet reconciliations such as Bank Accounts, Fixed Assets, Prepaid Expenses and Accruals

  • Commission analysis and calculations

  • Assist with maintenance and organization of accounting files

  • Cross train and support payroll processing in BambooHR system

  • Maintain communication with internal and external partners

Experience/Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree required in Accounting, Business Administration or related field

  • NetSuite experiences mandatory

  • Solution 7 experience desired but not required

  • 1-3 years of accounting experience with GL Reconciliations; Multi Entity accounting preferred

  • Excellent skills in Microsoft Office Suite, in particular Microsoft Excel

  • Strong emphasis on accuracy and timeliness

  • Ability to work cooperatively and collaboratively with all levels of employees, management, and external agencies

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a customer service focus

  • Ability to act and operate independently with minimal daily direction from manager to accomplish objectives in a remote workplace atmosphere

  • Located on the East Coast is required
