In this fully remote full-time or part-time role, you will engage with clients through telehealth services, providing vital mental health support. The position comes with a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 – 104,000 annually, along with a significant sign-on bonus.

As a fully remote position, this role allows you the freedom to work from anywhere, setting your own schedule based on your availability. In this role, you will be responsible for:

• Conducting ethical and compassionate individual mental health counseling via secure video chat platforms.
• Utilizing solution-focused treatment modalities and techniques tailored to client needs.
• Developing personalized treatment plans aimed at addressing specific mental health concerns.
• Guiding clients in gaining insights into their feelings, thoughts, and relationships to foster personal growth.
• Monitoring client progress throughout the treatment journey and adjusting strategies as necessary.
• Equipping clients with healthy coping mechanisms to navigate life's challenges effectively.

Your primary focus will be on stable, low acuity adult clients who present with a diverse range of mental health needs. These may include anxiety, depression, stress management, and relationship issues. The aim is to empower clients to develop the skills necessary for improving their overall quality of life.

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• A current, active license to practice independently as a:
  • Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
  • Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC)
  • Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
• No limited/provisional licenses or prior disciplinary actions.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, demonstrating a sympathetic and empathetic nature.
• Strong computer literacy skills and familiarity with telehealth technology.

While not mandatory, preferred candidates will have experience in the following areas:

• Providing virtual mental health counseling in a telehealth setting.
• Implementing solution-based therapeutic approaches.
• Working with diverse populations to deliver inclusive mental health services.
