Education & Experience Required :

  • Therapist Level 3: A minimum of 3 years of experience in mental health direct care or social services field. Experience working with children and adults with severe and persistent mental health disorders in a community mental health setting;
  • A minimum of a Masterโ€™s degree in the fields of human services, counseling, or psychology AND independent licensure as an LPC, LCSW, or LMFT, PHD.

The Team Leader is responsible for all or part of the following duties :

_____Maintain a caseload as assigned

_____Meet each family a minimum of 2 times per month for family therapy and 1 time per week for individual therapy

_____Collaborate with other professionals involved in each case

_____Review and update treatment timeline progress plan as needed at a minimum of 1x/mo

_____Complete Pre, Follow-up, & Post CANS for each individual

_____Complete weekly group supervision with IFI team member

_____Complete weekly individual supervision with IFI team member

_____Review IFI team's weekly summary client meeting notes

_____Complete requested monthly reports for referral sources

_____Complete discharge summaries and dc CANS at the end of treatment

_____Attend supervision meeting with Clinical Director as needed at a minimum of 1x/mo

_____Conduct new family orientation within 24 hours days of IFI case approval

_____Consult with referral agencies as needed

_____Identify community linkage resources in preparation for discharge

_____Attend treatment related court hearings as needed

_____Submit all billable and non-billable progress notes within 48 hours

_____Attend investigation reviews of serious incidents related to the individuals on your caseload as needed

_____Participate in case and chart reviews with the Clinical Director as needed

_____Attend weekly program meetings

_____Submit crisis intervention documentation, if any, daily to the Clinical Director

_____Supervise IFI team members

_____Ability to work unconditional hours

_____Basic computer skills

_____Additional duties as assigned
