Job Description

A school district in Bayfield, Wisconsin is seeking a qualified Special Education Case Manager for a full‑time, school‑based contract. This position serves K–12 students and focuses on overseeing special education services, ensuring IEP compliance, coordinating multidisciplinary teams, and supporting students with diverse learning needs. Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary Special Education Case Manager for assigned students
  • Coordinate, develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) in compliance with IDEA and Wisconsin state regulations
  • Schedule and facilitate IEP meetings, annual reviews, and reevaluations
  • Monitor student progress toward IEP goals and ensure appropriate service delivery
  • Maintain accurate and compliant special education documentation and records
