Job description

Requirement:
  1. Minimum of 5 years' experience in business applications support including design, coding, testing and troubleshooting.
  2. Technical requirements include COBOL, JCL, IDMS database structures, ADS/O, CICS and Librarian.

Summary:
The job involves providing support to the existing applications support team in research and documentation of existing processes and programs; requirements gathering, creation of specifications, design and creation of program and JCL streams. Tasks will include new and modifications to existing programs and procedures. Provide multiple levels of support including help desk tickets, troubleshooting/debugging issues and user training as necessary. Able to work independently as well as part of a team.
