[Required Skills and Experience] - Minimum 10 years' experience in mainframe environments. - Extensive background (10+ years) in MVS COBOL, IDMS, and CA-ADS programming. - Proficient with JCL (5+ years). - Strong written and verbal communication skills. - Demonstrated adaptability, analytical thinking, and effective problem solving. - High school diploma and 10+ years of relevant computer systems development.
