Warehouse duties include but are not limited to rotating and delivering stock to food locations, ensuring availability of products, and performing various cleaning tasks. Working as a Warehouse Team Member is the perfect way to gain valuable customer service, forklift operation, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
We are currently looking for a:
Idlewild and SoakZone: Warehouse Team Member
Roles & Responsibilities:
Roles & Responsibilities:
• Ensure availability of products while maintaining a clean work area
• Perform all warehouse duties while following all established safety procedures and using the appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
• Maintain compliance with company and industry best practices, policies, and procedures to create a safe environment for colleagues and guests
• Unload trucks and counts quantities to verify delivered amounts
• Process, receive, rotate and correctly store retail, paper products, food, and food product items within the warehouse (which includes dry storage, frozen and refrigerated areas)
• Deliver orders from the warehouse to the individual retail stands, concessions, catering areas, and other facilities (by pick-up truck/golf cart, van, hand cart and/or by hand)
• Complete orders and responsibilities in a quick and responsive manner
• Ensures ice and air voids are delivered to designated locations before park opening
• Monitor stock levels of the warehouse and communicate any shortages in orders and inventory to the management team
• Perform inventory controls and keep quality standards high for audits
• Conduct product inventories on a routine basis
• Complete and update daily inventory logs
• Monitor product quality and communicate shrinkage/waste to the lead and/or supervisor
• Maintain proper organization and cleanliness of the warehouse and warehouse equipment
• Assist at other F&B locations, retail shops, or with catering events, as needed
• All other duties assigned by leadership
Education and Experience:
• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent preferred
• 1+ years previous warehouse experience a plus but not required
Language: Ability to read, write, and speak fluent English Spanish or other bilingual language skills are a plus.
Requirements:
• Must be at least 18 years of age to comply with Pennsylvania Child Labor Laws
• Ability to work flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to work until later hours of the evening, from open to close
• Must have reliable transportation to and from your scheduled shift
• Must possess a valid driver's license and a good driving record
• Ability to safely and efficiently operate motorized vehicles and equipment
• Ability to comply with all uniform policies
• Must possess exceptional customer service skills, with an ability to resolve questions, problems, issues, and concerns in a positive and professional manner
• Ability to follow direction, multi-task, and work as part of a team as well as independently
Physical Requirements:
• Ability to stand, walk, and remain on feet for majority of the workday
• Ability to frequently stoop, twist, kneel, bend, squat, or reach above shoulders
• Ability to work in enclosed spaces and refrigerated areas
• Ability to withstand heat and humidity in the various food stands and restaurants
• Ability to use a step ladder in a safe and proper manner
• Ability to carry, push, pull, lift, and hold objects weighing 70 pounds or more
• Ability to consistently use hands to grasp, control, move objects/tools
• Ability to see details of objects that are more than a few feet away
Working Conditions:
• Frequent interaction with many indoor and outdoor areas of the park
• Frequent exposure to the variable outside temperatures, including high heat, cold, direct sun, humidity, dust, rain, snow, ice, and other weather conditions
• Subject to refrigerated temperatures on a regular basis
• Subject to frequent repetitive motion and lifting of heavy objects
• Some exposure to dust and chemical cleaning agents
• Subject to frequent interruptions and requests that may require reprioritization of activities
