Which 3 jobs will survive AI?

Idea generators, such as creative professionals and strategic planners, are likely to persist because their work relies on human intuition, originality, and complex problem-solving that AI cannot fully replicate. Jobs requiring emotional intelligence, interpersonal skills, and nuanced judgment, like therapists or managers, are also more resistant to automation. These roles often involve adapting to unpredictable situations and understanding human context, making them less vulnerable to AI replacement.

How can I make 2000 a week working from home?

An Idea Generator working from home can increase earnings by developing multiple ideas for products, services, or content, often leveraging skills in research, creativity, and communication. To reach $2000 weekly, it may require building a client base, offering freelance consulting, or creating digital products, with success depending on experience, market demand, and consistent effort.

What are the typical challenges faced by an Idea Generator on a project team?

A common challenge for Idea Generators is balancing creative freedom with alignment to project goals and organizational constraints. You may be tasked with delivering fresh concepts within tight deadlines or navigating feedback from multiple stakeholders with differing priorities. Additionally, it is important to validate ideas and ensure they are actionable, which often involves cross-functional collaboration with marketing, product development, or design teams. Successful Idea Generators are adaptable, receptive to constructive criticism, and able to iterate quickly to refine their proposals while contributing positively to team dynamics.

What jobs pay 4000 a week without a degree?

An idea generator role typically does not pay $4,000 a week without a degree, as it is often a creative or brainstorming position rather than a high-earning job. High-paying roles that can reach this level without a degree include sales positions like real estate agents, certain entrepreneurial ventures, or specialized trades such as commercial diving or skilled construction work, which rely more on experience and skills than formal education.

This role is commonly found in industries like marketing, product development, and business strategy. Their work often involves collaboration with teams to refine and implement viable concepts.

Samyang America stands as the #1 Gen Z brand, boldly shaping the future of food culture with innovative flavors, viral trends, and unforgettable brand experiences. We don’t just create food - we craft moments that spark excitement, inspire connection, and celebrate bold individuality. If you’re ready to be part of a brand that’s more than just food - a brand that moves culture and creates unforgettable moments - join our team today!

Position Summary:

Buldak is looking for an Assistant Social Creative Manager to help bring bold, funny, social-first ideas to life across TikTok, Instagram, creator partnerships, campaigns, and cultural moments. This role is for someone who lives on the internet in a healthy-but-deeply-aware way. You understand what makes people stop scrolling, what makes a concept feel native to a platform, and how to turn a product launch, campaign ask, trend, or brand priority into content people actually want to watch.

You should be equal parts idea generator, social copywriter, creative thinker, and cultural translator. You’ll help develop concepts, write hooks and scripts, build creative briefs, shape creator prompts, and support campaign ideation from first thought to final execution.

This is not a community management or posting-only role. We’re looking for someone who can think creatively, pitch ideas clearly, and help make Buldak feel sharp, playful, relevant, and impossible to ignore.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop social-first content ideas for TikTok, Instagram, and other emerging platforms.

  • Turn campaign asks, product launches, cultural moments, and business priorities into fun, platform-native creative concepts.

  • Write hooks, captions, scripts, creator prompts, content copy, and short-form video concepts.

  • Support creative brief development for internal teams, creators, influencers, agencies, and production partners.

  • Track social trends, internet behavior, creator formats, memes, fandom moments, and platform shifts, then translate them into brand-relevant opportunities.

  • Partner with internal marketing, brand, social, influencer, and creative teams to develop campaign ideas and content extensions.

  • Help shape repeatable social formats that can live beyond one-off posts.

  • Contribute ideas for creator partnerships, influencer activations, stunts, challenges, and cultural calendar moments.

  • Review social and campaign content with an eye for tone, clarity, platform fit, humor, and audience relevance.

  • Support the development of pitch decks, concept write-ups, content calendars, and creative recommendations.

  • Stay close to performance learnings and help identify what kinds of ideas, formats, and creative territories are resonating with audiences.

Requirements:

  • 4–7 years of experience in social creative, creative strategy, copywriting, content strategy, entertainment marketing, brand marketing, agency creative, or a related role.

  • Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram, creator culture, memes, internet trends, and platform-native storytelling.

  • Ability to generate fun, sharp, culturally relevant ideas that feel organic to social.

  • Strong writing skills, especially for short-form video, hooks, captions, scripts, and social copy.

  • A good creative gut, with the ability to explain why an idea works.

  • Comfort taking a brief or business ask and turning it into multiple creative territories or content concepts.

  • Ability to think visually and conceptually, even if you are not a designer or editor.

  • Strong taste level and an understanding of what feels fresh, funny, cringe, forced, or off-brand.

  • Ability to collaborate across teams and take feedback without losing the creative spark.

  • Organized enough to support multiple projects, campaigns, and deadlines at once.

  • Interest in food, pop culture, fandoms, internet humor, creator content, and youth culture.

The base salary for this position is between $76,000.00 and $95,000.00 per year. Actual compensation will depend on a variety of factors, including qualifications, experience, and location. This position may also be eligible for additional compensation and benefits, including an annual incentive bonus, medical/dental/vision insurance, life insurance, PTO/FTO, and a 401(k) plan with company match.

Equal Employment Opportunity Employer:

Samyang America is committed to providing equal employment opportunities to all individuals. We do not discriminate in employment decisions on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability, genetic information, or any other status protected by applicable federal, state, or local laws.
