  • Influence assortment decisions, SKU rationalization, and promotional programs through multi-level engagement.
  • Develop and execute joint business plans to drive revenue, margin, and market share within each account.

  • Manage line reviews, product launches, and onboarding processes within each organization.
  • Maintain accurate sales forecasts and pipeline visibility to meet quarterly and annual targets.
  • Analyze POS data, market trends, and competitive activity to inform account strategy and growth plans.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to align product assortment, packaging, and logistics with co-op requirements.
  • Design and execute targeted promotions, rebate programs, and dealer incentives to drive participation and sales.
  • Negotiate pricing agreements, program structures, and terms aligned with national account expectations.
  • Ensure alignment with profitability goals and compliance through collaboration with finance and legal teams.
  • Partner with marketing and training teams to deliver impactful programs, merchandising tools, and education for dealers.
  • Resolve escalated issues efficiently, maintaining strong relationships and high service standards across all touchpoints.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in national account management, preferably within hardware, building materials, or retail distribution.
  • Direct experience working with Distributors and Co-op's in the Independent Channel, or similar networks strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated success managing large, complex accounts and driving growth within retail or co-op channels.
  • Strong understanding of merchandising, pricing strategy, channel programs, and retail logistics.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills across corporate and field levels.
  • Highly motivated self-starter with strong strategic and execution capabilities.
