In this capacity, the Contractor will coordinate directly with Action Officers across the Portfolio Acquisition Executive (PAE) and the Capability Portfolio Executive for Intelligence and Spectrum Warfare (CPE ISW), and with their respective Program Managers (PMs), FCDs, and associated staff elements. The Contractor is responsible for supporting the identification, definition, prioritization, and communication of Intelligence equities during PAE-level meetings and working groups to ensure mission synchronization. • Collaborate with external stakeholders to develop and review requirements documentation.
  • Provide input to I-FCD on PAE C2/cC2's ongoing and planned modernization initiatives to ensure alignment with Army and Joint intelligence requirements.

  • Assist in the management and tracking of all informal and formal taskings directed to, or originating from, the PAE C2/cC2. The Contractor shall ensure the timely coordination, resolution of action items, and alignment of efforts between I-FCD and PAE C2/cC2 through Integration and Operations.
  • Maintain and operate the designated organizational tasking management system. This includes monitoring suspense dates, tracking assigned responsibilities, and providing recurring status briefings to division leadership on open, pending, and completed actions.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for tasking receipt, dissemination, and follow-up. The Contractor shall facilitate cross-organizational coordination, ensuring all relevant stakeholders remain informed of requirements, deadlines, and final outcomes.
  • Draft, review, and staff responses to taskings, Requests for Information (RFIs), and action items. The Contractor must ensure all deliverables are factually accurate, properly staffed through the appropriate channels, and submitted prior to established suspense's.

Task 4 - Operational and Technical Expertise

  • The Contractor shall apply advanced expertise in intelligence operations, Army processes, and capability development to advise and support the ICoE CG and I-FCD.
